We would rather tell you the real timeline than the one that sounds better.

How long it takes

Dispatch takes 1 to 3 business days after you order. Those windows are typical, not guaranteed. Weather, customs volume and the time of year all move them, and December moves them the most.

What free shipping means

Shipping is free on orders of C$70 or more. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. There is no handling fee and no surcharge added afterwards.

Why an order can arrive in several parcels

Each product ships from the supplier it is sourced from. If you order three different products, that is three parcels, each with its own tracking number, often arriving days apart.

Nothing has gone wrong when this happens. It is how the range is fulfilled, and we would rather explain it here than leave you refreshing a tracking page.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when each parcel dispatches. Tracking usually starts updating within a week, which is normal and is not a sign the parcel is lost.

If a tracking number has not updated in 10 days, email support@ordwell.co and we will chase it.

Customs and duty

Orders to Canada and the United States are shipped in a way that does not normally attract duty or brokerage at the door. If a carrier invoices you for duty or brokerage, forward us the notice and we cover it up to C$25 per order.
