Ordwell is a trading name of HNOORI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St #42934, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Ordwell" mean HNOORI LLC.

Orders
An order placed through this store is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation for that order. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, including where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include no taxes unless stated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to Canada and the United States. Delivery windows published on the site are typical rather than guaranteed. Orders containing more than one product may arrive as separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. Full detail is on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Product descriptions and images
We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and small variations between production batches are possible. If an item is not as described, tell us and the Return and refund policy applies.

The text, images, layout and wordmark on this site belong to HNOORI LLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without written consent. You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt access to any part of it you have not been given access to.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
